Gary A. Zwick (Estate & Gift Tax Planning)

Gary A. Zwick is a partner and Head of the Tax and Wealth Management Section of the law firm of Walter Haverfield LLP in Cleveland, Ohio.  Gary is an attorney with an LL.M. in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center and is also a CPA whose license remains active.  He was formerly the head tax partner of a Bowman 100 CPA firm and after having spent 21 years practicing public accounting, he has spent the last 18 years doing tax work in the private practice of law, all with his current firm.  Gary is a noted author having co-authored two legal treatises for ALI-ABA, was the editor of the Leimberg 60 chapter book on Estate Planning published by National Underwriters, was voted Estate Planner of the Year in 2011 by the Cleveland Estate Planning Council and has been a featured speaker at conferences nationally as well as locally.  He was voted as one of the top 100 attorneys servicing wealthy clients by Worth Magazine and has written several award winning articles for major tax publications.  He was formerly an adjunct professor of law teaching both Wealth Transfer Taxation and Income Tax at both Case Western Reserve University School of law and Cleveland-Marshall College of Law.
