Seth Marsh joined 415 Group in October 2020 as an associate to primarily work on audits. Before joining the firm, he was an accounting assistant at a local business.
Seth describes his work philosophy in the following way: “I believe in always having the willingness to learn. I like to take advantage of situations in which I can work on a new project or experience something new. Your best learning experiences are from when you are most uncomfortable.”
