Larry Harden is the shareholder in charge of the firm's Spencer, Iowa location. He joined the firm in 1976, and after a brief two-year period at another public accounting firm, he rejoined Williams & Company in 1982. He became a shareholder in 1985. Larry started up the Spencer location in November 1987, and has served as its shareholder in charge since that time. Larry obtained his CVA designation in 1996, and was one of the first 20 Certified Valuation Analysts in the State of Iowa. He provides auditing, accounting and consulting services to all types of clientele, and has extensive experience providing litigation consulting and business valuations.Educational background

Larry's community involvement has included serving on the Board of Directors for the Spencer Family YMCA, Arts on Grand, Spencer Industries Foundation, Sacred Heart Financial Council, and the Iowa Great Lakes Corridor of Opportunity. He is an Ambassador for the Spencer Chamber of Commerce, and also a member of the Hy Noon Kiwanis, and has served on the Board of Directors of both organizations. In 1994, Larry received the Spencer Chamber’s Jack Wedel Award for community service.
