Professional experience

Carol Polatas is a Senior Manager with the 415 Group where she provides tax, accounting and business advisory services to individuals, partnerships, estates, trusts and small-to-medium sized corporations in varied industry groups. In addition to her extensive knowledge of tax compliance matters, she devotes much of her time to technical tax research and planning. Carol began her career with Ernst & Young where she provided audit, compilation and tax services primarily to the manufacturing and financial services industries. Prior to joining the 415 Group, Carol was a Tax manager at Deloitte & Touche where she gained diverse tax experience, including issues relative to consolidated return matters and multi-state filings.
