Professional experience

Benjamin Lord specializes in providing consulting and financial accounting services to construction, real estate development, manufacturing and professional services firms. He has worked with ARB since 2013. Ben began his career in public accounting in 2002, taking a break in 2008-2009 when he gained valuable experience in private equity and development financing as the Controller for a group of affiliated commercial real estate, hotel development and management companies. In this role, he managed internal and external financial reporting and cash management of multiple companies and development projects, and he also led a conversion of the corporate and project accounting software systems while streamlining and enhancing the accounting and reporting processes.

Ben is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional (CCIFP).
